Heading Home Day two

We woke up to a cold temp of 32 deg!  We left Inks Lake State Park at about 8 am.  sunny to cloudy skies with little to no wind. the temp did get up to 53 at one point in the day.  Time to get the flannel lined jeans out of the closet.  don’t think we will be seeing 70’s for a few months!  Obviously the further north we go the browner it gets..  I know, soon it will be getting White!

We drove 320 miles today to Lake Murray State Park near Ardmore OK. low temp tonight is suppose to hit 29!  Yep…  I am freezing. I suspect I will get warm in June? But we are looking forward to getting home, seeing friends and of course getting some good walleye and broasted chicken and fine Wis  beer!

This park is beautiful, on a beautiful lake, the sites are supreme with full hook up.

We are thinking we might get one more state park before we shut down the RV and stay at hotels.  tomorrow we are heading to El Dorado State Park in Kansas.  we stayed there last fall on the way down.
